Australian AI software company Zeaware has launched the first in a series of AI Agent Accelerators, designed to help mid-market and enterprise organisations get generative AI use cases into production faster, without needing to build from scratch.
The accelerators are built on Zeaware Avalon, the company’s enterprise-grade AI platform that combines Generative AI, Voice AI, Chat, and Automation capabilities within a governed, production-ready environment. Developed in Australia, Zeaware Avalon provides robust platform capabilities, including data accuracy safeguards, governance tooling, and advanced monitoring to help organisations scale AI confidently.
“Many businesses want to implement AI but don’t have the time, budget, or internal expertise to build AI agents from the ground up,” said Tony Bain, CEO of Zeaware. “What they’re looking for is something they can adopt and adapt quickly. That’s where these accelerators come in.”
The first AI Agent accelerators include:
- HR Agent - An internal AI agent that answers employee HR policy questions, is multilingual, and can be extended to integrate with existing HR systems and processes.
- Product Inquiry Agent - Handles product inquiries and trade-related questions, providing product identification and information grounding capabilities.
- Customer Service Agent - Delivers human-like responses across customer support channels, across email and voice.
Zeaware works closely with implementation partners and solution providers, enabling the accelerators to be integrated and customised for each client’s environment, while leveraging Avalon’s underlying governance and observability capabilities.
